Cheat Lake Classic

This traditional kitchen is light and bright and designed for a family of four. The star of the room is a white metal Rangecraft hood with satin and polished stainless strapping that echoes the details on the 48" range.

Ample storage for pots and pans flank the range and the corner houses appliance garages for the mixer, toaster and food processor.  A large island with turned legs is able to seat five. In addition to the raised panel  details on the cabinets, accents of satin brass in the hardeare and lighting lend an elegant touch.

Out of the main traffic flow, we provided a station for coffee and the microwave. A set of drawers below was designed to hold plastic cups and dinnerware for the smaller children. A drop station by the garage door hold backpacks and lunchboxes. The family dog likes to hang out in the kitchen so an area was left open for the pet bed. It can hold a bar stool and become a desk station later on if desired.
